Customer service was very good dealing with a problem during the check in, transferring us to a nearest hotel when they offered us an upgrade to a suite and free car parking. Staff in both B&B Mons Gare & Lido receptions were brilliant

I liked the style of the hotel and the room -it was clean, comfortable, spacious and modern-. They have lockers you can use for free, which is also good thing to know. Also, the staff was very nice to us.

Excellent location close to the city centre and the railway and bus station, a large and quiet room, with enough space for your belongings. Perfect breakfast, with a wide offer of hot and cold meals.

Possibility of late check-in because of the late flight. The stuff was nice, the bed comfortable and also nice breakfast. I also appreciate option to regulate temperature in the room.

The location-very easy access from the train station. Also the direct bus to Charleroi airport is only a few minutes walk away. The hotel is very close to the main sights of Mons, the old town, Grand Place etc. The staff in all areas of the hotel were very friendly and welcoming and always made a point of saying 'bonjour,' smiling and acknowledging you. The room was surprisingly large, with big bed, lots of space and big bathroom. The hotel was spotlessly clean and fresh. The room was very quiet and I slept really well. Excellent choice of hot and cold dishes at breakfast.

I didn’t actually stay at Gare I stayed at the centre hotel as Gare opening had been delayed. The location, the price, the cleanliness, room size, coffee machine in the room.
