The apartment is cozy and has an excellent location - various beaches can be reached on foot, the train station is 15 min away, the store is very close and there are various restaurants and cafés nearby. Around the corner is located an excellent gelato. The apartment was cleaned during our stay and the towels were changed,. We had wonderful time at the big roof terrace :) The only challenge we had were the stairs to the apartment and the kitchen/terrace that are double the standard height, but we survive it! We did not meet in person the owner but we had perfect communication and felt that she truly cares for her guests. We had a bunch of questions which Federica replied quickly and she gave us recommendations that really helped us. And I think that this was the best part about our stay in this accommodation :)

The apartment is located in the middle of the historical centre, in the heart of Monopoli. We really liked the location, you’re in the middle of everything and it was very easy to get around. We also loved the terrace. It offered a great social space and a place to relax after a day at the beach. 👌🏼 The stairs leading up to the apartment offered us a great workout every day 😂👍🏻. Overall we had a blast!

The location of the house is perfect, a 60-second walk to the wonderful "Porta Vecchia" Beach. A few minutes to Monopoli Cathedral and all points of interest in the historic center. The house consists of two floors, one with bedroom, lounge, and stone bathroom, very comfortable bed and big TV! The upper floor has a comfortable kitchen and a wonderful terrace overlooking the roofs of the old houses, right in front of the cathedral tower, very impressive! Wonderful to have aperitifs on the terrace and sip wine offered by the very kind host, available for any request. Super recommended for couples, of course there are stairs, less recommended for families with children.
