The nearby beach turned out to be the best beach, and I really didn't need to walk all that far to explore different beaches, turns out the best swim was the one next to the hotel. The parking nearby Carrefour was fine and relatively easy to find parking spots, granted that I went in October. The people and service was amazing, I got good driving route tips from the hotel staff. Would definitely want come stay here again.

The apartment was spacious, clean and with an incredible view of the water. Breakfast was great, with many choices and quality produce Staff were lovely and helpful

We stayed in apartment 11 Cappero which was ideally situated with a Seaview from a small balcony. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equiped. It was located in the historic centre close to many restaurants and the port for day trips. Easy to walk around the area as it is mostly flat. The host Rocco picked us up outside of the historic centre and drove us to our apartment. The reception staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was provided with a wide variety of sweet and savoury options. The staff were very attentive and personable. We would highly recommend staying at this property.

Everything, it was top class, I would highly recommend this property, elegant, spacious, brilliant location, right beside restaurants, shops, the Marina, beautiful churches, perfect internet service. The breakfast was amazing, the best ever, friendly staff couldn’t do enough. Dinner in the restaurant was super, stunning live music duo. We had no problem with recommended free parking, communication with reception was excellent, we had transfer in style to and from the property with our luggage. Monopoly is an ideal base while visiting Puglia .

Charming staff were so welcoming. We arrived early and it was no trouble to be taken to our room. The view over the old town of Monopoli is beautiful. Nice linens, good bathroom products, a well-made little kitchen that we didn't use! Excellent breakfast and a lovely evening in the square with live music and cocktails. Perfect location for wandering the narrow streets. Really delightful small hotel made our stay so easy and pleasurable.

Room was very spacious and tastefully decorated with a kitchenette, lovely bathroom and a balcony that overlooked a cute piazza. If you're lucky to be there on a weekend, you'll be surprised as to how the piazza comes alive with dinner and entertainment. Really enjoyed out stay here. Definitely recommend.

We spend 4 amazing days in Santa Maria 24. It felt so welcoming and relaxing from the very first minute. Big kudos for delicious breakfast and coffee which you can have eaither inside or outside. Lovely, helpfull staff always greeting you with smile, and the last but not least: excellent location to explore old town of Monopoli. Few steps from the sea and plenty of bars and restaurants, but still quiet and safe. We will definitely come back :)

Absolutely brilliant - Santa Maria & N24 was an absolutely gorgeous place to stay and would come back here 100%. We got picked up and dropped off from/to the train station in style and it really made the whole experience a lot easier and more fun. The accommodation itself was clean and spacious and felt extremely comfortable here.
