Secure environment with excellent access. Ten minutes walk to the sea. Supermarket and local restaurant ten minutes walk. I prefer Monopoly city to other cities. The manager of the building is very kind and always available via mobile phone or internet and is on site quickly if needed. He warmly providing guidance for tourism and introduction of touristic places.

Our host Fabio is a wonderful man and willing to help. He picked us up and brought us from the station, provided us with bicycles and took us to the station with our luggage on the last day.

I recently stayed at this incredible apartment in Monopoli, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality by our host Fabio. The apartment was super clean, well organized and had all the amenities I could need. The location was perfect, offering easy access to stunning beaches, charming villages, and authentic local restaurants. Waking up to the picturesque views each morning was a dream: the terrace was absolutely amazing—the perfect spot to relax with a coffee in the morning or enjoy a glass of wine at sunset, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape and the peaceful surroundings made it the ideal spot for relaxation. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, providing great recommendations and being available for anything I needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Puglia! Can’t wait to return! Grazie, Fabio!

Very convenient apartment, small but really has everything in there. Bed and bath rooms very nice. Temperature very easy to manage, and shutters kept sun and light out when needed. Host is above friendly and very responsive, anything you're missing just ask Fabio in my case. For example have asked and got an umbrella and exercise mat which made this stay even more convenient. Also good to know that this apartment is located in a fenced like community, with a large port outside, only accessible by local residents. Therefore parking is safe and easy.

Roof terrace with sun bathing area. Very clean, modern and well equipped apartment. Host provided useful information about local area eg restaurants and local supermarkets. Easy to contact on WhatsApp if needed.
