LOVED this little studio. Exceptionally renovated, beautiful aesthetics exactly as pictured. Hosts were warm and welcoming, also flexible with check in time. Location is perfect in the heart of the old town. 100% would stay again.

Excellent location in the heart of Monopoli old town, perfect to access restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as the beach! Would definitely book this apartment again!!

The hosts were very accommodating of our request to check in early/leave our luggage in the morning. Fortunately the flat was available in the morning so we could arrange to check in early. We had the 2 bedroom apartment option which was a studio flat with access to a bedroom & ensuite through a connecting door. I've read a number of reviews about the property and I can say that there was not an issue with humidity, nor was there any damp smells. Both rooms have air conditioning and while it is noisy I didn't need to have it on at night as having the shutters closed during the day meant that the room stayed at a comfortable temperature. The ensuite bathroom has a shower door (previous reviews have mentioned that this was missing and water on the floor would be an issue), As long as the seal on the bottom of the door engages with the tile all the water remains in the shower base and drains well. There are loads of hooks in the bathroom and bedroom to hang stuff up which helps organise your things. There is a fantastic terrace at the top of the building which we enjoyed drinks and snacks before heading out to dinner. The flat is super close to many restaurants and bars so you are spoiled for choice. I loved proximity to the harbour which was picturesque and a lovely place to stroll in the mornings or evening. You could be at a choice of 3 beaches in 10mins walk of the flat. I travelled by train from Bari and the station is less than 10mins walk from the flat. Grocery stores are handy to get to too.

Very cute room, a little bit too humid but expected since it’s underground. Exactly as seen on the photos. Location was perfect. Host was helpful at all times.
