The welcome and kindness from Giorgio was exceptional ! We loved the neighbourhood and how easy it was to walk to the old town & port, as well as plenty of local shops.

The apartment was perfect for my 10 day holiday in Monopoli. The generous host Giorgio picked me up from the train, checked me in early on the day of my arrival and gave me restaurant and transport information. I was in the 1st floor apartment with access to the rooftop terrace 2 floors up. The apartment was spacious, clean and modern and has everything you need for a longer stay plus I was able to cook some of my own meals, make coffee and wash my clothes. The apartment is situated close to main square, Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, and the location is just outside the old town. There are a few cafes, bars, restaurants nearby but not too noisy at night. It is also only a short walk to train station, bus stops, grocery store, and beaches making it an ideal accommodation. I highly recommend it to others wanting to live a bit more like a local.

The apartment is very comfortable and very well equiped. The location is exceptional and the terrace is great. The host was excellent, as he gave us a lot of good tips to get around, always available and very welcoming. We would love to be back, it was a pleasure. There is also a great coffee place just across the street.

Lovely, spacious, clean and good Airconditioning in each room and the lounge room, much needed during a July heatwave. Great location a short walk to town with street parking easy enough to find. Giorgio was super helpful. The roof terrace is incredible. The apartment is level 2 but worth the climb.

Clean, quiet, comfortable apartment in a great location - short walk from the train station, old town & beaches. We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment & in Monopoli,. We look forward to returning. Giorgiio was great with communication & very accommodating.

The best thing about our stay was our interaction with the host Giorgio who was absolutely excellent. He met us with the keys even though it was close to 11pm. He also gave us an overview of the area, provided a list of areas of interest and also places which offered discounts. He also allowed us a late checkout as our son was sick. He couldn't be more helpful. In addition, the location is great in order to take trips to surrounding areas in Puglia such as Martina Franca, Ostuni, Lecce etc. It is also close enough to walk to the local beaches and old town in Monopoli, without being restricted by staying in the Old Town. Paring was a dream for us but we have been advised that it gets more difficult in July & August (we stayed in June). Overall a great experience and would recommend the apartment totally.

I visited this property with my friend and it was the perfect stay. The apartment was clean and tidy, and set up comfortably for two friends to travel together. It was only a 1 minute walk from the old town and close to lots of cafes and bars. It felt very safe and secure, and was only accessible by security codes provided by the host. Giorgio went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, including picking us up from the train station to help with our bags. He responded promptly to text messages and went out of his way to help when one of our bags was lost by an airline. We would definitely come and stay again and recommend to our family and friends.

Apartment is comfortable, spacious, freshly renewed, with very comfortable beds and all utilities which you need for city break or regular vacation. Tarrace on roof for aftrenoon coffee or aperitiff, many places for italian breakfast around, close to old town but enough far for finding parking place and calm rest after night in the city. Communicative and friendly host who makes your vacation carefree, with plenty of reccomendations on request. Thanks to Giorgio we found perfect places for meal (for elegant dinner alike for simply finger foods). You don't need nothing more - just taste your holiday :)
