Wonderful location by the best part of the beach. Balcony view was hypnotic and spent much time there watching the events on the piazza and looking at the bay. The host very gracious .

The place is great! You're next to the mondello place, the best coffee over the street in the bar chiosque, supermarket 1min away, you have all you need around you and in 5min you're on the good places at the beach!
