1. The staff is very kind and helpful. 2. They upgraded the room to a better one free of charge. Also, we could stay at the hotel for an extra 1 night at the booking.com price. 3. Good skyline in Mondello. 4. You might face some surprises. We asked for crepe pancakes with Nutella and banana for breakfast, but we got a weird omelet filled with Nutella and strawberries. At least they tried their best! 5. They are organizing a transfer service to the Airport for 60 €.

The mondello glam hotel lives up to its name with an instant feel of luxury from the moment you enter the building all the way through to the bedrooms and the terrace is breath taking views and food and drinks. The staff are away ready to do anything to make your stay better for example we wanted to go on a boat trip and mentioned it before dinner when we passed the reception after dinner martina told us she had found a perfect boat trip and had the captains name we bought booked it for the next morning. Every staff member is fantastic and can’t do enough for you would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back next year
