If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Reception is located 30 metres from the apartments.The outdoor swimming pool is available from 01 May until 31 October from 09:30 to 18:30. A swim cap is needed to access the pool.The private access to the sea and sun terraces are open from 01 Jun until 29 September from 09.30 to 18:30.The Bar-Restaurant is open from 1 June until 30 September every day from 9.00 to 19.00.Please note that the kids' club in only available from June until 15 September.Guests, after leaving the room by check out time, have the opportunity to continue enjoying the facilities of the property at the cost of the daily ticket.Tidy up is performed daily. Apartment cleaning and bed linen/towels changed every 3 days.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Lovely modern hotel, great pool and tennis court. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff friendly, plenty of parking and they offered a lunch time menu of pasta or pizza which you could book. It's about a 20 minute walk to the beach and 30 minutes to the bars and restaurants. There is also a lovely restaurant and supermarket across from the building and right near the bus stops into town or to Palermo.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Complimentary water in the fridge for arrival. Great location and facilities. 15 minute walk from Mondello beach. Super friendly staff in the restaurant too!

We could go to visit Mondello beach by car within 10 minutes. There was a supermarket just in front of the hotel.

The nice bungalow houses were a perfect fit for our family of four. The kitchenette came in good use for the days we wanted to stay in and cook for ourselves and the patio was so nice to sit in and enjoy dinners. The rooftop provides for amazing views of the ocean and the surrounding mountains. We loved the property itself and the direct access to the ocean which is very clear and perfect for snorkelling. We loved that the location and property is pretty quiet but since this is a suburb of Palermo a car is necessary. The restaurant on site was very nice and had a good variety.

The location was stunning with views of the mountains and right by the clear blue sea. The facilities were lovely and clean, no sand anywhere as have direct access to the sea with no beach. There were plenty of sunbeds to choose from and there was also a first aid room as connected to the club. Food and ice-cream available during the day. Tennis and kayaking were a bonus for our group as we weren't sure if operating when we first arrived at the beginning of season. Would also recommend renting a boat from the pier beside the hotel, was a brilliant way to see more of the coast.
