The location was great and the staff were very accommodating. The concept of the hotel was great although there were some flaws in the execution that need to be mentioned. Small details were sacrificed in the delivery that disappointed.

All was as expected , GREAT. The furniture in the room was below standard , badly worn and tattered. SO convenient for everything downtown. Parking is fair given the Hotel doesn't have any. Easy check in & out is a bonus. We will be staying again. Thanks a see you soon . James & Gzl
