Beautiful spaces, great location, super clean and cozy and the best staff ever. Onorio, Margarita, Virginia, Juana, are so caring and ready to help. It is my second time here with small babies each time and I couldn’t feel more at home.

Firstly, for those coming from Cartagena, Mompos is definitely worth the drive! This is such a lovely hotel- perfectly located (2 minutes away from the fabulous cafe 1700!) and so beautiful that you just want to stay in one of the comfy couches in the salon.

Perfect place for a couple to stay while discovering Mompox. Super friendly staff, we were received with a tasty fruit juice on arrival. The suite was as advertised, we enjoyed very much the privacy of our own pool. Breakfasts were good and served in a beautiful and fresh dinning room. We enjoyed the opportunity to enjoy and interact with other guests. Fruit juice available, filter coffee, freshly cut fruit and your choice of eggs. We also got a taste of local cuisine (arepa de huevo) but also pancakes. So, enough choice during our three days stay. We got a minifridge in our room, we enjoyed cold drinks after walking out and about around town. The house itself is a beautifuly renovated colonial house. Modern touches make it very comfortable and pleasant. There's a coffee shop nearby, nice couple of restaurants next to and close by, a small Tienda around the block.

The location is perfect, this old colonial house is rustic and stunning. The rooms are spacious. The suite is incredibly big. Very comfortable beds. It was my second visit to this hotel and though the location and the property itself are stunning, what makes this hotel the best in town, is their staff. They are kind, warm, helpful and smiley. Margarita makes delicious breakfast. Just beautiful people. Thank you to Margarita, Juana, Virginia, Honorio and the rest of the staff for making out stay and Mompox unforgettable.
