Fantastic, friendly, staff. Aircon and fan in room were great. Breakfast buffet was nice with freshly cooked omelettes also. Pool area beautiful. Location 1 minute walk from the mall (shops, cafes, restaurants) was perfect. Highly recommend!

Very attentive and lovely staff. The food , service was exceptional. I definitely recommend solo travellers to check this hotel. It's a safe environment.

Breakfast was good. You could ask an omelette and they prepared it to you. The staff kept all very clean. Specially Juma was taking care of swimming pool diligently. It was pleasure to swim there. The atmosphere was very beautiful and peaceful at the hotel.

Great breakfast spread, the cakes and pastries were good. The reception staff are pleasant and always ready to resolve any issues that come up. Location is near the malls, great area. The fish finger on menu is great.

Staff were wonderful, the hotel pool and restaurant area are really lovely, the bed was comfortable and the room was good.

Location is fantastic, walking distance to malls, restaurants, clubs and beach. A/C worked well, pool was cleaned daily and staff are polite and attentive but Managers should be allowed to make hotel decisions/changes to provide a better customer service outcome.
