The staff are amazing, so helpful and service was just excellent. The location is good - we were a little worried that we were on the edge of a neighbourhood that is a little dangerous but we need not have worried. You should get a tuktuk from out front, which is very easy (be sure to negotiate price up front!) as it is too hot to walk anyway.

Very nice staff helping you in having a lovely stay. The service was really good! The hotel itself -our more the building- isn’t the newest one (oldish flooring and elevator) but our room - got an upgrade to a suite - was nicely furnished with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The hotel pool is also nice but not very deep and not perfectly fitted for swimming but well enough for a quick round or for bathing. Definitely would stay here again next time I am in Mombasa.
