We chose this accommodation based on its location and price. We had a fairly good idea of the quality of the establishment. In reality, the rooms had water, a toilet, air conditioning, a refrigerator, closets, and a television—although without a remote control. For one or two nights, everything necessary was there, so there was nothing to complain about in that regard. Despite being located right in the city center and next to a busy road, traffic noise was not audible in the room. For those needing quick and simple accommodation in central Mombasa this place fits the bill. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise—it was served slowly, but it was delicious, plentiful, and beautifully presented. A large portion, too.

Good central location, easy to walk to the market and Old Town You can use the rooftop swimming pool which has amazing views of Mombasa. Both the pool and the views were the highlight of my hotel stay. Wifi usually worked well I felt safe inside the hotel. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of the Burhani tower. There's a security guy at the main gate to the tower and also cameras around the hotel floor. Most hotel staff were nice Osborn, the guy working by the swimming pool was very nice, he helped me to take photos there. Window mosquito net, air con Simple room but enough for a short stay in Mombasa I got a free room update from single to double room because all single rooms were taken during my stay.

An excellent location in the old town amd value for money. Most of the restaurants, litgh mombasa markets are in walking distance. Breakfast was good too. Just 100/150 ksh buy a taxi from the mombasa side of likhoni ferry.

This hotel is amazing and for such a good price! Rooms have AC, hot water and very fast WiFi. Beds are comfortable and the restaurant has a limited menu but the food is cheap and good. In the center of Mombasa so close to Fort Jesus and spice market.
