Beautiful design. Amazing location. Great bedrooms/bathrooms. Lovely pool and outdoor living area. Stunning views over Molos beach and Naxos. Easy access to some of the island's best spots: the charming villages of Marmara (5mns drive)/Marpissa (7mns) with their tavernas/shops/supermarkets, the wonderful Piso Livadi with its waterfront tavernas (Gialos and Markakis, 12 mns drive), charming Lefkes (15mns), beautiful Golden beach with its beach clubs and nautical sports (15 mns), beautiful and happening Naousa (25 mns), the amazing waterfront tavernas of Aliki (30mns) and happening Parikia (30mns). Molos beach is very beautiful and probably underrated by tourists and more appreciated by the locals.

We had the most wonderful stay at Moca Villa in Paros! The villa's 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms provided ample space for our group, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view over the sea – every morning, we woke up to the most stunning sunrise, and the evenings were equally enchanting with the tranquil sound of waves. The villa's proximity to Molos Beach was a major plus, as we could easily walk down to enjoy the crystal-clear waters and sandy shores. The overall ambiance was serene and relaxing, making it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The amenities were modern and well-maintained, and the attentive staff made sure our needs were met throughout our stay. We highly recommend Moca Villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway in Paros!
