The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cafe out the front with ready prepared breakfast and coffee is delicious and super convenient. Also a great alternative to the overpriced restaurant.

This was a surprise gift for my ‘0’ birthday & we loved the private style accommodation & outlook from our room. We ate at the three restaurants & loved all them all. The staff was exceptional & made me feel special. Thank you.

Very, very friendly, helpful and service minded staff at the reception throughout the stay. Helped solve challenges with the spa and arranged transportation for my further trip. Clean, spacious, comfortable and well-kept rooms. Nice rooftop area with a good variety be both at the pool and in evening. The beach is very close and really amazing. It was a very nice stay, close to the beach, with pool &cocktails, comfortable and clean rooms and friendly people. Will recommend and would potentially return.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Certainly enjoyed using the pool area and rooftop bar and provision of umbrellas for shade. Staff were always very helpful and pleasant. While we did not use this area thought the top level for adults only was a terrific space. We used the courtesy van, a fantastic idea to share dining facilities with the other Bannisters. Car parking was easy to use and appreciated.

Highlight was the rooftop pool bar and grill - service, cocktails and dinner excellent. Appreciated the food truck brekkie option for travellers in the run (and lucky locals).

We loved the location and amenity and of the hotel. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. It was very convenient to have such a wonderful restaurant within the complex. The reception staff were really lovely and accommodating.

Clean facilities, helpful staff, great location, easy parking. Very quiet room. Great lighting in room and comfortable lounge chairs in room for reading or relaxing.
