Warm welcome, professional service, high standard bed and bed linen, tasteful decor in room, spacious bathroom and lovely hot shower. Food was very nice with great recommendations for wine pairing. Excellent service in both reception and the restaurant. Lovely harbour view from room 115.

This hotel is hard to beat, the location, the views, and the staff are all wonderful. The most important part the rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, beds extra comfortable, great bathroom with heated floor. Breakfast has everything you want. Would definitely stay here again.

Great view on the fiord. At check in. We were complimentary upgraded to a suite. Personnel were always friendly, efficient and professional. The onsite restaurant is excellent.

It is still the perfect accommodation for our road trip held for the third summer in a row. The size of the room, the cleanliness, the level of comfort, the heating, the view and even the balcony, the look of the entire hotel, the location, the terrace with so many flowers, the friendly staff, the good breakfast - these elevate the place to a sublime level. Excellent location, super helpful, and kind staff. The room was lovely, beautifully decorated, spaceous and extremely comfortable. The view was gorgeous and the room had very comfortable chairs by the window which made enjoying the view even more pleasant. The bed was just perfect, very comfortable, and the perfect warmth.

We were upgraded to a junior suite. This had two balconies, a separate bedroom and terrific views over the fjord. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was top class with great food and good service. We would definitely stay here again.
