warm welcome at reception. Car parking available on site at no fee . Breakfast very good with both continental and can have a full English breakfast. Tea and coffee were available. The sea view was great from our room with a balcony. The dining area was available throughout the day for breakfast, lunch and supper or just for relaxing.

Room beautifully clean, with modern bathroom. Although situated on busy road, traffic noise was not noticeable. Staff very helpful. Location on beach was fabulous

Hotel is literally on the beach. Can eat breakfast watching the sea. Very good selection of continental breakfast, small selection of cooked breakfast. Free parking for residents. Bus stops right outside hotel. Very clean hotel and rooms. Good shower, large tv. Staff friendly & professional
