Cleanless in the room and that there were no mosquitos 😅, I came prepared since it's a Game Lodge so I didn't want any flies irritating me at night but honestly, I was happy with the service in the room, they even provide necessary adaptors for plugs incase u forgot one at home,they provided water bottles everyday in the rooms. I also like that they have this trolleys that they keep in the reception to help visitors with their luggages, u don't have to carry your luggage by yourself when going to the allocated room, the Staff help u with that even when moving out😊❤️

They were very clean, with soft and comfortable mats, quad biking in the rain was the highlight of my stay. April game drive ranger was very much welcoming. Tebogo and Percy, were pro active. And Naledi and the other two ladies at the front desk were exceptional
