The hosts were friendly, welcoming and offered a good included breakfast. We arrived early and were given access to the accomodation.

The hosts were delightful. We didn't speak any Italian and they were so patient with us. The rooms were absolutely beautiful and the breakfast was more than we were expecting.

Unfortunately the outside was covered in scaffolding when we were there. Owner, Andreas was very friendly and helpful. Location was quiet, but bathroom wasn't accessed from the room rather from the hallway and could be heard.

Perfect location for us travelling from the Ancona ferry, owners hugely helpful breakfast was excellent - quiet and comfortable, perfect for us (and our dog:-)

We really like the building, the hosts were nice and breakfast was great, but the vila is located right next to an industrial zone. Not the nicest neiborhood, but the vila has large garden. The air quality was not affected.

It was a lovely family-run accommodation. It was spacious and quiet. The owners were very attentive, friendly and helpful. The location was close to the Ferrari / Lamborghini museum in Maranello. CRITICAL ADVICE if you would like to visit any of the car museums: book a bus tour. We were unable to find parking and thus missed out on visiting any of the attractions due to unavailability of car parking.
