The decor and furnishings were exceptional. The breakfast was a highlight. Benedetta was very helpful and assisted me with lots of things. Very comfortable bed and good features in the room like bathroom amenities & minibar, coffee machine

A charming private apartment with comfortable rooms and a delightful salon for relaxing. Benedetta was tremendously kind and helpful. She says she doesn't offer breakfast but in fact what she does provide is excellent and very welcome. Free parking permit for nearby street parking. Very convenient for walking around Modena.

This is an absolutely adorable little property, ideal for couples who want to experience the center of Modena. Romantic, impeccably clean, caring staff, traditional Italian feel. It's a really great experience. We should have stayed longer.

How beautiful the hotel is, especially the breakfast room. How details are all thought of. That you make you a cappuccino. We also requested mending kit and and iron which weren’t a problem at all. They provided a drink at night if you liked as well as literature and energy packs so you don’t get dehydrated. What a great idea for travellers!

Whilst officially there was no breakfast , a huge range of delights were offered at breakfast and throughout the day . We felt that it was as good as a breakfast having been supplied !!!

Beautiful boutique accommodation. Rooms tastefully decorated and generous in size. The breakfast provided in the lounge area was "Italian style" of pastries, cakes, fruits, cereals, yoghurts, juices, coffee and teas. The staff were very personable and friendly and provided alot of information on the area and provided restaurant recommendations which were excellent. The complimentary water and soft drinks in the in room minibar were a lovely touch and appreciated.
