Paride was wonderful. He showed us his balsamic making rooms which was an education. He is a man with a passion.

The area is a picturesque part of Italy. The villa where I stayed was nice, situated in a courtyard at the edge of the road, approximately 12 km from the city center of Modena. The host was friendly and hospitable.
