Great location just out of town. A car is needed but there is plenty of on site parking. Clean, friendly, great breakfast. I have stayed several times and would book again.

I really like this hotel .. even if it was a little bit far away from the city of Modena. The room was large and well situated. The setting is beautiful and very quiet. The staff was very friendly and we had some good conversations. The parking was super easy in front of the hotel ... even though a sign warned not to leave any valuables in your car. Luckily there were not break-ins the night we stayed there ... so, it might not really be a concern.

Check-in and check-out processes were quick, the staff during the breakfast was really kind with my family and me, and the room was great. All clean and sanitized. The location is beatiful and easy to reach from the city with car.

Amazing boutique hotel with super friendly and courteous staff, a few kms (3-4) from the Modena very down town. Great breakfast .

Very beautiful place to a very relaxing stay! About 15 min by car from downtown. Wonderful room with nice bathroom and comfortable beds. I totally recommend.
