The breakfast at the bar downstairs is amazing and allows you to sample local treats and deserts. The room was very large and clean, very comfortable for a family.

The room is nice and modern, equipped with air conditioning and a small refrigerator. We were also satisfied with the bathroom. The breakfast was really varied and tasty, the staff very friendly.

Accommodation was very clean and modern and rooms were quiet, we had a good sleep. The breakfast was amazing and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good parking space and location, motorway near by, easy access to Modena, Maranello and Bologna. Highly recommended! We loved it! :)

The room was spacious and clean, recently renovated with a nice bathroom. Check in was super easy even if we arrived late at night. Breakfast is great.

The staff were extremely friendly and nice - we felt very welcome. They were very helpful all the time! The breakfast was very nice - a wide choice of traditional Italian sweet and savoury pastries with drinks of your choice. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was quite spacious. All was very clean. There is a small playground on the property. The location is also great - 12 minutes to Modena city centre and about 15 or so to Maranello. But again, the staff was just amazing, all of them!
