The cleanliness and friendliness! I am a single woman who travels alone a lot. It is so refreshing to go into a hotel and feel safe and taken care of well. I highly recommend this Best Western!

Breakfast seemed to be made of only ultra processed food. NOT GOOD, hotel's only short coming! Front desk lady was excellent! Should be promoted to general manager. She went out of her way to get our room TV working. The remote was bad. She went thru five or so remotes to find a good one! Thanks
