Excellent place to stay, nice friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms, just a bit dated but it got the job done, slept well after days of hiking!

Nice clean comfy place. Retro Style. My room was at back upper floor - very quiet. Off main drag. BBQ facilities available. A little dated but very clean. Supermarket, gas not too far away on main drag. TV worked well. Clean bath. Simple breakfast good enough to start day. Period decorations - movie stills, large photos of "The Duke" with typical quotes. Good souvenir T-shirts (bought one). Place was full - very popular. Staff very friendly.

The Apache Motel is a good starting point for tours to the surrounding national and state parks at a reasonable price. It is a motel that is simple but very clean and has a special charm. It also has a special history. There is a nice little grab and go breakfast and the staff are very friendly. I enjoyed my stay.

Excellent breakfast, including daily fresh cinnamon buns, good variety. We loved the vintage hotel and John Wayne memorabilia too. Very convenient location.

An unbelievably good motel, and incredible value for money. One of the best night's sleep we had on a 20 day tour. Large rooms, comfy beds, wonderful staff. Topped off with a great breakfast - get there early for the cinnamon buns, they are delicious. We can not recommend this motel enough.

This adorable retro motel was so charming and delightful - we loved it! It was like being on the set of a Wes Anderson film. We were here for 3 nights and so glad we stayed. It was a heatwave while we were here so having access to the pool area was so welcome and a delightful place to hang out in the hottest part of the day. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Classic old-school motel that rejoices in its history. Spotlessly clean rooms and excellent pool and BBQ area. Good continental breakfast provided that you can eat in the communal outdoor area or bag and take with you if you want a quick start to the day.
