A lovely place to stay with amazing owners who were so friendly and welcoming. Ideal location on the beach with restaurants nearby. Shop is only up the road with everything you might need. Stuff for the beach was available to use and room had a fridge which was useful. Pool was lovely and surrounded by lots of fruit trees and lovely garden. Felt like being at home- fantastic stay

Villa Nina is the right place for those who want to enjoy few days of relaxation at the beach. Our apartment was roomie, very well equipped with an outstanding view to the beach. We were welcomed by the owners themselves, who actually live in the property, they are very friendly and helpful. They gave us great recommendations about restaurants and interesting things to do around Dubrovnik and Mlini Beach. The family atmosphere is enhanced by the stunning yard full of flowers, palms, aromatic fruit trees, and the swimming pool. Guests can borrow beach gear which made our stay even more pleasant. They offer plenty parking spaces, even for large SUVs. Last but not least, the property is pet friendly.

Wonderful guesthouse with absolutely lovely owners. The location was perfect - right by the beach, short walk to the closest bus stop and not far from Dubrovnik by taxi/bus. Very happy I chose this accommodation and Mlini over the options in Dubrovnik that I also considered. I would have loved to stay here longer so I could have enjoyed more time just relaxing by the pool and making the most of what the guesthouse had to offer.

Perfect localization, cat Luigi, lovely hosts, nice view, cat Iggy, everyday roomservice, clean pool, and lot of cats. Plenty of restaurants and convenience shops nearby. Also everyday of cat companionship if you are nice enough to them. The Villa have everything you need for your croatian holiday near beach with addition of cats. Did I also mentioned about cats? Would highly recommend.

Everything! the location was perfect for us, the hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the gardens and view were gorgeous, rooms clean and comfortable, a very good apartment in a lovely seaside resort 😁

Excellent location in Mlini - directly in front of the beach. Amazing views from the property. Solid Wi-Fi access. Real homely feel at the guesthouse. Great assistance & recommendations from Boško, the host. Takes barely 15 minutes by taxi from Mlini to the Dubrovnik Old Town, however, the Boat Taxi from the Mlini harbour is a much cooler option & also cheaper for a solo traveller (and definitely faster than a taxi during peak traffic times).

The location was really good. Very close to the beach and restaurants. The seaview from the apartment was beautiful. The hosts was very kind and helpful. We recommend this apartment.

The location was fantastic. Over the road from the beach and several restaurants, with others in a short walkable distance. Also the supermarket was 5 minuets walk. The owners were lovely and it's been in the family for years. They have a lot of local knowledge and were very helpful.
