Francesca and her son are lovely. Really nice room with a balcony. See view in pics. By night and by day. Bed was very very comfortable.

Francesca is a lovely guesthouse. It’s almost like staying in someone’s home. They were all so accommodating to us. Letting us stay till 3 because we had a late flight. Francesca’s son drove us to the airport. We found out that he has a winery and does tours. Something we wish we knew earlier. It was a little way out but that suited us and it was easy to catch a local bus into town. There was a beautiful beach about 20 mins walk. If you go there checkout the bombed out buildings from the war. Francesca’s house was also bombed and they have been renovating it to become the lovely family guesthouse that it is . Katerina was such a lovely lady and couldn’t do enough for us. Great breakfast also.

The guesthouse is located in a quite place, just a short walk to the Srebreno beach (around 15 min).On the way to the beach you can find a big supermarket Konzum (you can buy there groceries or clothes), a bakery with fresh local pastries and some restaurants. From the airport you can take Bolt, it costs around 15 eur or take a shuttle bus to Dubrovnik and then take bus No 10 or 16. Bus stops are within a few min walk from the .guesthouse. The location is really great, as you can easily go to Dubrovnik or other places around. We liked the possibility to make breakfast or dinner in the shared and well equipped kitchen and sit outside in the terrace or our balcony. The personnel was very friendly, especially big thanks goes to Katarina who every morning was greetig us witt a big smile :)) Best regards !

Lovely place. The room was big, clean and had free towels. Also a balcony with chairs. Shared kitchen/fridge downstairs. Breakfast was good; bread , eggs, cheese/meat and fruits. Walking distance (+- 6mins) from the beach, restaurants and supermarket. The host is also very friendly. We had a lovely stay here.

Comfortable, very clean apartments in quite place. Mountain view. Francesca and staff was very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was delicious. Dubrovniki old city was reachable by bus in 10-15 min, ticket price 3 eur, bus station located 100 m from guesthouse. Very clean and beautiful beach located approx. 1 km from guesthouse, passing by good shopping center and some good restaurants. Our family enjoyed our vacation and Francesca guesthouse is very good place to stay.

The guesthouse was clean and very comfortable. All the staff were incredible friendly and welcoming. The guesthouse was only a 15-20 minute Uber ride from the airport, and only a very quick bus or Uber into Dubrovnik old town. It is also only a 10 minute walk from Srebreno beach which was very picturesque and perfect for swimming and sunbathing.

Although we arrived quite late in the evening it was not an issue to order breakfast for the next morning. Very friendly people.

Francesca is a lovely landlady. Arrangements were made to pick me up from the airport, so I had a smooth arrival. Nice location within a short walk of a beautiful beach lined with modern cafes and restaurants. Dubrovnik is a short boat or bus ride away. The property is well maintained and clean.

Everything was really good. Miss Francesca and Katarina did everything to make our stay incredible. We had breakfast everyday and it was good for the price: coffee, tea, butter, confiture , breads, cheese, fruits. Thé place is really charming, just 1 bus to the airport, or to Old town and port. It's walking distance from Sheraton Beach and to a little shopping mall (really good to by anything you forgot or gifts). In June 2024 we paid Uber 15€ from the airport to reach Francesca's House. Special thanks to Katarina. We'll certainly be back in the future.
