- as we were the only family staying in the apartment building, we had a private pool and it was great, clean, and warm; - Clean, air-conditioned rooms, great kitchen equipment—basically, everything you need to cook, plus a toaster, coffee machine, etc. - a very quiet area in the village, which is great if you prefer to stay away from noisy places - fruits on the trees in the garden

The property was just as expected from the description and other reviews. It is in a very quiet rural location but with easy access to the coastline from Cavtat to Dubrovnik. You need a car but that allows you to explore the area. You need to visit the beach at Kupari which is the nearest about 5 mins drive.The whole hotel complex was destroyed in the war but the beach and surrounds are almost deserted with just a small beach bar. Parking is free and easy and you can walk to Sebreno and Mlini from there. The apartments are clean modern and spacious and the owner Niko was so kind, friendly and helpful You could pay twice the price and have an apartment with a sea view but it would be smaller, probably with difficult parking/access and crowded.

Amazing views, very calm, very clean. Not too crowded to get to and never crowded at the pool. The apartment is super clean, new and very well equipped. Kitchen appliances, dishes, dish washer tablets, paper towels - everything is in there. The owner is very nice and helpful.
