The staff. They are more than lovely! Really helpful with pointers for what to do. Great dinner and beautiful breakfast. Everything is well organised yet very warm. Lovely.

Strongly recommended if you want a true Japanese experience. Rooms where dated but great and with an authentic feeling. The private onsen was a blast. Food was excellent super seeded ony by the kindness and dedication of the staff. I've a lot of severe allergies and they were able to accommodate then perfectly without making me feel left out during dinner (very hard). Loved every single second we were there.

Everything: the traditional tatami room with a view to a little indoor garden, most delicious dinner and breakfast, scheduled time for onsen bath, very kind host.
