The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming I didnt realise check in was at 2pm and needed to be out and ready at 1.30pm The staff managed to get my room ready in 15 mins. So I could be ready to leave on time

The hotel is right in the middle of Mittagong and a short walk from the station. The single room was fairly spacious. The management cheerfully refunded the double charging for the room.

Location excellent. Staff excellent. It was great to have the fan in the room, which I used. The linen was top class, beautiful fresh & clean. It was great to see the nicely set out signage to request guests to be mindful of noise that travels throughout the sleeping area.

Standard old pub accommodation but clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Tea and coffee and milk provided in separate space. Staff efficient. Very quiet at night. Locks that worked on bedroom and bathroom.

It was a perfect choice to attend a Day at the Green concert. Good location, good facilities, easy to check in and out. The in room facilities were better than expected with a fridge, kettle and toaster, cups, tea and coffee. The bed was very comfortable.

The hotel is close to restaurants and the town centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.
