Nice spacious villa, that has everything you need! The outside terrace stays cool even in the afternoon. Kitchen has some utensils for cooking along with washing machine. Mirissa beach is 15-20 minutes walking distance. If you go to the opposite side you can find another nice beach with few rocks,way less people and nice water. Also now you would have a moka coffee maker which I forgot in the kitchen) well

J had entire house for myself: two bedrooms, two lounges with tables and airmchairs, kitchen and bathroom with hot water. The owners live in other place and arrive only to welcome you, collect payment and hand-over keys. So advice when you arrive to make sure they are in. Furniture and home appliances are worn, but in operation. Kitchen is equipped with gas stove, fridge, electric kettle, plates and utensils. Washing machine available. Beds are provided with tight mosquito nets. Internet fast and reliable; fans in rooms work OK. Good location on the side road about 500 m from the main road - no traffic noise. Nice beach is about 1,5 km along main road in direction towards Galle (turn right on the main road). NOTE: Mirissa has only one ATM and one foreign exchange office which offers the rates (USD) worse than at the airport, particularly for USD notes emitted before 2017. So if you have any - better to change at the airport in Colombo.

It was my second time there and again the flat was very clean and I felt very comfortable.

The flat is very large and clean. Everything you need is there, WiFi and hot water works perfectly. The owner is very nice. It's a bit out of the way and quiet, but it's not far to the nearest bus stop. Unfortunately I was only there for 1 night, but I will be back.
