Beautiful garden on beach great for turtle spotting Sunset view Sun bed covers changed regularly Private Easy walk to smaller quieter beaches Comfortable beds Good AC Own chef with fresh food - western & Asian also made to order Smiling attentive staff Lovely pool - albeit saltwater. The rooms, of which there are only four, are well-appointed, clean and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast was delicious. The view from the garden area is stunning, wide ocean view with waves constantly rolling in. The beach is small and very rocky, almost like a coral reef. You can walk along it, and it is beautiful and full of wildlife (we saw Turtles swimming!). I think the pool is a sea water pool and is in a shaded area of the grounds, making it perfect to cool off. The resort has the vibe of an old colonial house and is extremely comfortable.

Amazing unique location right by the sea where you can see sea turtles and the sunset with a nice swimming pool. The villa is very well decorated and the rooms as well. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel for a quiet stay nearby Mirissa beach but away from the fuss.

We loved our stay at Saltasia and hope to return again one day. From the moment we arrived, it felt special. We arrived late after a long day of travelling and were met with a cool facecloth and a fresh juice, which we enjoyed overlooking the ocean. The staff were warm, friendly and very happy to help with anything we needed. We had a beautiful big room with large bed and large ensuite, with lovely complimentary products. Every day our room was refreshed with fresh towels and cold drinking water. Our room opened out to views of the pool and the ocean, and we could hear the ocean at night, which was so relaxing. The whole villa only has 4 rooms, so it was very quiet and private - often we had the sun lounge areas/pool to ourselves! Breakfast was fresh and delicious every day, with a menu to choose from plus fresh local fruit and pastries. We had dinner one night, fresh local seafood, and it was delicious! The location is brilliant, walking distance from Mirissa town and beach and for other locations you can very easily get a tuktuk. We had late flight on our day of departure and the staff were happy to safely store our bags and allow us to use the facilities after check out time. If you are visiting Mirissa and considering staying at Saltasia, just do it!

We loved everything about this property. The villa is beautifully designed and smells amazing, the staff are so warm and friendly, the breakfast is incredible and the location is idyllic. You wake up and go to sleep to the sound of waves crashing and can see turtles in the morning. One of our favourite places we’ve ever stayed at - can’t recommend highly enough!

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely stay. The views were amazing, we even saw some turtles. The food was amazing as well. The fact that the hotel only had four rooms made it so special and lovely. Would recommend everybody to go here!!!
