Location was very convenient. Staff was very friendly and you can discuss any inquiries with them. Room was soo spacious and clean. Parking available for some vehicles and that was very convenient. Pool and the outdoor area was well cleaned.

Amazing pool and facilities. The room has working AC (was a little loud), but good bathrooms and space. Incredible location within Mirissa.

Amazing place! Massive pool, very clean, comfortable beds and bedroom. Great location close to beach. Nice restaurants close by, the milky wave & garlic, must visit! The owner Indee is great, so welcoming very friendly and had lots of time for us, helped us with organising our future route and took us on surf lessons - which is a must, so fun and the best teacher! Must stay here if in Mirissa😁

The owner is very friendly and helpful! The location was great, a short walk to the beach. The pool area is great but unfortunately not swimmable due to it being green (this seems to be common in the off season). Peak season, this would be a great place to stay I think!

The location is practical. The grounds are beautiful, everything is so clean and well kept. The manager and the staff are wonderful and so friendly. They really made us feel welcome. We loved the attention to detail in this property. The location is brilliant, the beach is a short walk across the road. Nice good priced restaurants around. The beds were a great size and comfortable. The seating area out the front door is nice to look out on to the pool. Generally, the most welcoming host and staff and beautiful property and there is such a calm feel to the place

A hidden treasure just a short walk away from Mirissa beach. The place was peaceful and beautiful just what we needed, and the host was so kind and welcoming.

Very nice place with a swimming pool close to the beach and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was delicious. We were allowed to check out later. We had a great stay. It's a shame we only stayed one night. We would love to come back.

Amazing location in Mirissa. Lovely property with beautiful pool, yummy breakfast and staff so lovely and helpful. Definitely recommend for any stay in mirissa!
