The rooms are good and the pool area is very nice. The restaurant and bar staff were very good. Dinesh who took care of our room and day to day care was excellent. The bar/restaurant staff were really great. Nice people all round.

Best location in Mirissa, right infront of the surf point. Lovely hotel with pool. Friendly staff and a great chef. Great value for money. Will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends. Loved Oliver the dog too.

Great place! friendly staff, amazing location at the beach where you can surf or watch the surfers. And the shower is good with real hot water.

The beachfront location is just beautiful. Our room was identical to the advertised pictures and was very nice. Big balcony overlooking the sea. Room had a good hot shower in the bathroom and a very efficient AC unit to keep cool. Loved sitting on the terrace watching the waves and surfers. We were lucky to be there when the new swimming pool opened and it's a beauty. It was great having a dip then back in the shade on one of the nice new loungers overlooking the sea. The swim up bar isn't ready yet but it's an ideal set-up. The workmanship looks very high with good attention to detail. All staff we dealt with were lovely and very helpful.

Staff were so friendly and helpful, the location was perfect and tucked around the quiet end of the beach. Brakfast was delicious and consisted of a number of options.

Right on the beach at the far end of Marissa Beach. Big room with aircon and outside deck overlooking Bobette Rock. Good breakfast options.
