Our stay was short but pleasant. The room is big, has AC, and the bed is big. We liked the location as it is easy to walk to the beach and the shops It was fine for the price we paid.

Good location. Not far from the beach and a few restaurants/Cafe’s on the same road. Spacious room and big clean bathroom. Peaceful at night. We recommend Ambrosia restaurant across the road for lunch/dinner. The lady directly across the road can also help you with a long distance tuktuk ride. Very helpful and honest prices .

Very good localization close to the beach and not a noisy place. Clean rooms. Water/tea/coffee are in the room. You can do a laundry there. Air-condition works good. Beds are comfortable.

I hadca huge room with a private garden. It was great. And the location is not far from the beach. I had hot water and a modern bathroom.

Place was at a good location. Rooms are clean and big. However, they seems bit understaffed. Also, the breakfast menu is very limited. They don't have electricity backup and we faced issue related to our AC.

The beds were enormous and very comfortable, the furniture simple but of higher quality and well maintained. Unfortunately I was pretty sick during my stay and the staff was really forthcoming with carrying my luggage and letting me check out later. It is only a few minutes walk to Mirissa Beach. Excellent value for money
