Super helpful staff! The owner and his cousin helped us organize whale safari and snorkling tour, and did everything to make us feel at home. Relaxing atmosphere, like a hotel. We felt very welcome

The hotel is ideally located just behind the Coconut Tree hill and a 10-min walk from Mirissa beach. Yet, it's very quiet and lends itself for a relaxing time. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious, with a private balcony, while the hotel offers amazing common spaces including a pool and garden, restaurant, pool tables, reading corners, bar etc. Really good breakfast with variety and also a very good restaurant with local and Western options. Laundry service available at extra cost. All staff members are very friendly and polite.

Great hotel with a beautiful and friendly lobby and kind staff. Bedroom was very large and very functional bathroom. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Great location, far enough from the busy part of the main beach but still 1min walk to the beach and Coconut Tree Hill. The pool surrounded by monkeys was also very nice.

Big spacious room and bathroom. It has a nice balcony overlooking coconut hill. The beach is close by walking distance. Can walk to nearby restaurants. Hotel also has a good restaurant we ate there quite a bit. Nice food. People were very nice .
