Absolutely beautiful hotel with outstanding rooms, views and location. Food was delicious. Walking distance to the beach and other bars and restaurants. A very luxury feel for not overly luxurious prices. Thank you!

Very kind and helpful staff. The villa is located on a really nice quiet road but close to everything. We loved the swimming pool, breakfast and Simba the dog 😊

Great facilities with a nice pool, good reception area and a very cheap laundry service. Nice dog called Simba that likes to be pet. Main staff have a strong standard of English. Short walk to Marissa Beach Monkey come onto the balcony which is really cool to see. Very good air con in the room.

We stayed here for 3 nights and felt so comfortable and relaxed here. The place is well thought out and has lovely little touches and attention to detail. The pool area was lovely and the games and piano in the living room was a welcome addition especially for my son. Even though it is next to a road (not a main road) this didn't take away the peacefulness. The owners are so lovely and friendly and really helpful. We would definitely recommend for families or couples or even singles. The Sri Lanka breakfast was a 10 out of 10 for us!

This property is immaculate. There is not one thing I think could be improved. Its location is perfect, 10 minute walk to the beach front. The pool is spotless with sun loungers and towels provided (beach towels also provided for when you want to go to the beach). The building is modern and looks new! The aircon in the room is strong, the shower is hot and powerful and the room is cleaned to a high standard. Big balcony and you can see monkeys around the outside of the building! The staff are lovely and couldn’t do more for you! I will definitely return! Our favourite accomodation which we stayed at in Sri Lanka!

The villa was an absolute paradise—a perfect blend of beauty and tropical charm. The lush greenery and vibrant tropical flowers surrounding the villa created a serene escape, while the local artwork adorning the walls added a distinctive cultural touch to every corner. The staff were kind and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the villa pool; a refreshing night swim after a hot day felt magical under the starlit sky. An unforgettable experience!

Stunning little hotel. Beautiful pool. The staff are exceptional. Delicious breakfast. Room was spotlessly clean and had a big bathroom and balcony. 7 minutes walk to the beach and main mirissa street. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Beautiful breakfast every morning. Peacock villa is an outstanding place to stay. The lovely host, Charindu helped up book our excursions and we had the most perfect stay here and wished we’d chosen to stay even longer. Everyone working at peacock villa is so friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried. Thank you for a lovely stay!
