This is our second time and we love the ambiance of the hotel. Very spacious for our crawling baby. They have also kindly provide us with baby cot upon request. The bed is SUPER comfortable! Carpark is easy and free if you stay here. We had a great stay!

Love the room cleanliness, comfort and staff are very approachable. The view from the room was fascinating, able to liase with the staff with my preferences. Safety wise all these while, had no problem. with my car park safety, excellent.

The hotel always charged us the RM10 tourism tax per night despite I shown them my Malaysia IC which I am not liable to pay. I complained many times but to no avail. I am not happy with this at all. Why booking.com charge me on this????
