The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Guests are required to be fully vaccinated with 2 doses, at least 14 days before the check-in date. Hotel may require additional proof of vaccination before check-in. Failure to abide may result in a cancellation of the reservation.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

love ths hotel in general. the service, cleanliness, food are still consistent hence i always come back here. the location is strategic too, u can just walk 5mins across the street, and u will have 24 hour restaurant (Selera Rasa Segar) n others. Beds are comfortable in deluxe family room, lovely deal and meets my expectations. a solid 9.3/10 for me

The location is easy access to Mall, and there are many food stalls and restaurants nearby. The breakfast provided by the hotel is also nice.

The room is big enough can fit to 4 paxs. But however if book for more than 2 paxs then need to have 2 rooms instead of 1. Then cannot have the breakfast. Due breakfast is only for 2 paxs as per booking.
