The price is very competitive but most importantly the location is unbeatable . It is located near seafood restaurants, malls, entertainment outlets, ATMs, convenience stores

Location near to shopping market food stalls and easy to access, walking distance to imperial, money changer, Maybank, nasi kerabu is there and best of all no need car to go around if I had everything around u and not to forget massage area for the unisex and laundry...
