Despite being told that we would be allocated a room on the ground floor we were placed on the second !; It was no great problem tho as we were quite near the elevator; (One can "ALWAYS" find something to moan about if you look hard enough & there are thoes who do!) The room heating did NOT work and we were given a portable heater; having been offerd a room change we opted to stay where we were as we had unpacked being there for four days; Staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them; Breakfast was like all the other expresse's we have stayed in, was excallent with a great varity of fresh well cooked and presented options (No fried eggs unfortunatly as with the rect of the chain)

Very clean and quiet. The staff very smiley and polite. Booked a double room with sofa bed thinking to have the baby sleeping with us, but on arrival realized that a baby cot was added to the room, which was a good surprise. The bed/pillows, extremely comfortable.

Great location, easy to get to Margate, Broadstairs & Ramsgate. Room was a good size and bed comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty.
