Perfect location for Gophers game ( huntington bank stadium just accross the street ). Few minutes drive from downtown so great option for week-end considering the crazy high price for downtown hotel on saturday night. Tailgate on hotel parking during game day, great for football fan like me.

The staff has been very nice and the breakfast is very solid. There's a fun pancake machine and you can get other staples as well, even scrambled eggs. It also is very clean. It's a very good budget option.

Excellent location and exceptional value with free parking. Staff were great and the continental breakfast was well stocked and had a good selection.
