Highlights of my stay here were the owner - Fotis, who was very kind, easygoing and helpful, and the location - good base for those who want to spend each day in a different part of the island. Regarding the quality of sleep - bed and mattress are comfy, windows are soundproof and the planes don't arrive/depart frequently. You'd need own vehicle (scooter is good choice), because the closest beaches aren't the best ones on the island. The closest grocery shop is 20 minutes by foot. Shampoo&shower gel, detergent, toilet paper all provided, towels changed and room cleaned twice a week. After colder nights started a warmer blanket was provided too.

Great value for money. Close to a beautiful Beach and airport. Our room was nice and clean, the kitchen was fully equipped. The host Foris was very helpful.

The location is good, very close to some beautiful sandy beaches. Although it's near the airport, it's not a problem - the planes can be heard just for a few seconds, during the night there are none. It is for sure more of an attraction than disruption. Fotis (the owner) is super responsive and provides you everything you need: information about the area, beaches, restaurants etc., free sun-umbrella, he even let us leave our luggage at the reception the last day and take the shower (we had our flight in the evening). The house has a big garden with an outside kitchen, grill, table, playground for kids, free parking... I would really recommend Mirtia studios.
