Absolutely perfect choice of accommodation in Mindo, thanks to a great garden where you can relax even during the afternoon rains. Comfortable room, great breakfast, wonderful surroundings, friendly owners.

La Casa de Cecilia is run by a very nice family. They are helpful, friendly, well informed. It is set directly next to the river, close to the centre but very calm, kolibris fly all over the garden and you can hang out in the open kitchen or in the hammocks. Our 5yr old made us stay 10 days instead of two because of the kids and puppies she made friends with. When we left, the owners gave us a lift all the way to Santo Domingo and we only had to share some of the gas expense. We highly recommend this place and miss it already!

Great location - easy walking distance to all shops and amenities but far enough away that it still feels secluded and relaxing. Very friendly and helpful staff.
