This apartment is situated in a fantastic position, just a short walk to the beautiful Laginha beach where you can snorkel and see lots of tropical fish. The apartment is furnished to a very high European standard. The hosts make sure everything is there for you, coffee (pods plus real coffee) tea, sugar etc. Plus breakfast. Enough food for a week, even though we were there for only two days! Nothing is too much trouble,if you have any questions,they will be answered.We got picked up for free from the ferry port,and taken to the airport for a very reasonable price. This place is an absolute gem.

We would give this review a higher number than 10 if we could! Carlos and Celestina are really good people, they feel like family! And were incredible hosts. They attended to our every need. With a health issue (on crutches) they both made sure we got around, swam with the turtles, attended markets, and got the layof the town. Easy to get around on your own, Taxi rides are 2€ from one end of town to another. Celestina arranged two tours one on Mindelo and one on a neighboring island! Must do!Breakfast food was already in fridge upon arrival. Plenty of juice choices, eggs,bread,fresh fruit,cheese,ham, coffee,tea sugar, and cake,!! all you need to cook, oil s&p some spices. Very well equipped.

This apartment is new, spacious, extra clean, and very comfortable. There is everything you need for your stay, including a full kitchen and a washing machine. This is the only place in our entire trip in Cabo Verde to have hot water and great shower pressure! The apartment is on the top floor with a gorgeous wraparound terrace and views of the city. We loved feeling the breeze and left the terrace windows open all day and night. There were no mosquitos. It took us about 15 minutes to walk to the main tourist area in town. The neighborhood is calm and felt safe. The main beach is about a 6-7 minute walk from the apartment. Celestina and Carlos are very attentive and kind hosts. The fridge was loaded with fresh eggs, cheese, jams, and bread for breakfast. Celestina and Carlos regularly checked in with us to see if we needed information or anything else. They also dropped unexpected and sweet surprises to our door. What a fantastic place, and such wonderful hosts. I would definitely stay here again!

Celestina and Carlos are wonderful hosts. They are friendly and went out of their way to help me with everything I needed. I used the airport transfer they offered for €11, which was very convenient. They also assisted me in choosing a car rental and arranging a trip to see the turtles. I really enjoyed all the conversations we had. The location is perfect - just a 5-minute walk to the beach and about 15 minutes to the center of Mindelo. Although it was warm, the breeze and the windows on two sides of the apartment kept it comfortable, so there was no need to use the extra-paid AC. The apartment was spacious and spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The coffee provided was excellent, with all types of coffee machines available. There were also great ingredients for preparing breakfast and delicious fruits. WIFI was good.

The apartment was very well equipped, all new and clean. Celestina and Carlos are just wonderful always there to help, more than needed for breakfast and very close to the mindelo beach

The apartment is the place to stay when in Mindelo. Spotless clean and everything you need. Just few minutes walk to beach and city center with plenty of restaurants nearby. Celestine & Carlos take very good care and make sure the stay is 100% perfect. Apart from making sure there is enough food they also arranged a turtle swim which is a must do!

Great host, very clean apartment. Superb location! (Close to beach; about 20/25 min walk to center). Celestina, Lizane and Silvia will do anything to help out and improve your stay.
