“Amazing view, but costly remote”

The view I absolutely outstanding. The hotel is also very comfortable and this is an awesome place to be “off the world”. If you have a 4x4, a motorbike or traveling with light luggage (=moto taxi), this is a great choice. The hotel offers a free walking tour which was nice (but the 10 years old junior guide was running way too fast to enjoy the nature). Generally we had the impression that the hotel offers a higher standard than most other hotels in Colombia, e. g. nicely decorated cocktails, food etc.

Fantastic friendly and helpful staff. A wonderful peaceful location with an amazing view and fantastic birdlife. Two fantastic dogs.

Felt like spending a few days in paradise. The cabins have a true luxurious feel, with quality bed and sheets, hot water in the shower, and a simply incredible view from the balcony (and everywhere else in the hotel). The restaurant had a surprisingly diversified menu for such a remote place and the food was always excellent. Everyone in the staff was genuinely nice and caring, which really hasnt been my experience everywhere in this trip. A true paradise, I would come back in a heartbeat.
