location and view was amazing, staff were lovely and the villa was beautiful. The owner Jun picked us up from shimoda train station and also dropped us back, thanks! As well as the villa, we received free surf boards, bicycles, snorkels and Jun even offered us one of his cars. 11/10

Exceptional service! Our host Jun-San and his entire family were super super helpful! We immediately felt „at home“ and everything was exceptionally clean, well organised and relaxed at the same time. The amenities (I.e how the cabin was equipped but also the free of charge available beach toys) exceeded our expectations by far!

What a wonderful place for a day or more at the beach!!! We stayed at house A and loved everything, we enjoyed eating on the huge veranda while the sun set. Arriving By Bus was Not a Problem at all, buses run frequently from shimoda Station (bring Food from there) Communication was easy and helpful and the hosts charming; we could use Towels the day of our departure and Even got a ride to the Station!! Arigato kaimasu🙏🏻 and all the best!!

We visited as a family of four (2 elementary school kids), and we were all absolutely thrilled with the place and its surroundings! Visiting during the rainy season meant fewer crowds and more peace, which we loved. The beach is just a stone's throw away, though be prepared for some stairs, which might be a bit challenging for the elderly or those with leg issues. The owner is incredibly friendly and keeps the place in a beautifully natural yet satisfying condition. You'll find beach amenities like surfboards and children's gear available for free, adding to the fun. The waves can be quite lively, making the sea perfect for playful adventures. We had such a great time that we're definitely visiting again! 🌊🌴🌟

We were all amazed by this place. Both the grown ups and the nine-year-old agreed we would have liked to spend our whole holiday here if we could. Two nights was not enough for this fairy tale. Fantastic service, amazing rooms surrounded by wonderful nature, great view and lovely terraces. The lovely host provided a hot pizza oven and home-made pizza dough for us to make pizza on the terrace. A wonderful experience. A warm table grill was equally nice the next night. The host was much more helpful and accommodating than could be expected. And sent us off with lots of great tips that even made the rest of our journey better.

Everything was absolutely magical! If we could put a 12/10, I would do it! The cabins are superb and comfy, Jun is super nice and helpful, the BBQ and pizza nights were fantastic. Probably my best hotel experience ever.

This place is amazing! We stayed in the treehouse villa and it was so lovely! We loved the design of the villas and the stay was very comfortable. Jun, the host, is very kind and will make your stay even better. He took us to the place where you can see the fireflies. It was like a dream. He also provided us with the best tips for the area, as well as for the rest of our roadtrip through Japan. I highly recommend this place. We are 4 weeks in Japan, and this was by far the best and most special place. We hope to come back in the future!
