2 rooms in a barn I would say - paper walls - shower and toilet away from room to reach with a cold walk . Breakfast was disappointing totally .

Very friendly hosts (Hide-kun and Lek), spacious room for four, very quaint and charming house, very clean place, two adorable cats, very good Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, yummy Thai food by Lek, right opp Post Office, coin-operated heat-dryer (not the “spin” dryer that the other places have been offering), simple homely breakfast. Hide-kun speaks English well so no communication issues.

The most friendly host who told us all about the area and pointed out the nicest places (for example a really nice onsen nearby). The room was simple with nice and comfortable futons. If you want an authentic place to stay, go there! Oh and really nice Thai food next door cooked by his lovely wife
