Guests with a dinner-inclusive rate must complete check-in at the main building "Yumeshizuku" before the dinner time. The final check-in time for guests with a breakfast-only plan is 20:00.In order to prepare special amenities for men and women, guests are kindly requested to indicate the gender of each guest staying in the room in the Special Requests box when booking.For children's meals, guests can choose from a set menu or a Japanese multi-course meal. If your children need meals during your stay, please inform the property of which menu you prefer at least a day before the arrival day.Please note that the property will undergo renovation work on the following dates:

Top notch facilities and service, staff go out of the way to make the stay pleasant. Very nice view of mountain from my room and also the public onsen. I also left my phone behind at the property and the staff helped to express courier it to my next destination. Very impressed by their service level.

We love wonderful dinner and breakfast, very delicious. All are excellent, and all of us enjoyed hot spring inside the room.

Everything was so well arranged and organised. Appreciate their attention to detail. Dinner was served on time with lots of food. The staff were all so attentive and hardworking. Must stay place if you are in Aso. We will definitely stay again if we are back to kyushu the next time. Highly recommended.
